BEHIND THE LENS

I've always had an artistic temperament. My dad and my uncle gave me their SLR cameras, (a Minolta X-370 and an Olympus OM10 respectively), when I was 11 years old. It became one of my hobbies along with drawing and music. During my first semester of college I took a beginning photography course and really developed an interest from there.

Right away I gravitated toward portraits and fashion and editorial photography. I'm still learning and I always will be learning. My hope is to capture genuine moments that will last in my subject's memories.
